Ritoitaly.com ships to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Romania, Czech Republic, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary .

Shipments to the following countries are reserved for the Official Stores: Italy, San Marino, Vatican.

2. SHIPPING FEES

A shipping fee of 15.00 euros will be requested for orders of less than 90 euros in the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany , Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Romania, Czech Republic, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary.

3. TIME OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

Once the payment has been made, the products are processed and entrusted to the DHL courier.

Delivery will take place in the following times:

-2/4 working days from the moment of assignment to the courier: Italy, San Marino, Vatican.

-3/6 working days from the moment of assignment to the courier: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Romania, Czech Republic, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey , Ukraine, Hungary.

4. DELIVERY TIMES OF THE PRODUCT(S)

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. To find out the customization options by day and / or delivery time, you can refer directly to the site or app of the courier in charge, by entering the tracking number that you will receive via e-mail.

5. SEND THE ORDER TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS (WORKPLACE, GIFT)

 It is possible to ship the ordered products to an address other than your home, work, home or of a third person to whom you want to send the product to.

6. IF NO ONE IS PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

If there is no one to receive the courier at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice and is then put in contact with the RITO staff to warn that the product is in stock at their deposit. RITO will be available to send the package back. For any information, our Customer Service is at your disposal.

7. DAYS ON WHICH SHIPMENTS ARE NOT MADE

The express courier delivers shipments only during working days.

8. DHL courier

DHL courier is our choice for your safe and fast shipments. Upon delivery, it is advisable to check the integrity of the package, in case of anomalies, collect the parcel and indicate in the delivery document that the parcel was “RECEIVED WITH DAMAGE”.  It is important that any issues are immediately expressed to the carrier, otherwise the goods will be considered accepted.
