How RITO-Security works:

- Check External security seals: – Purchase from Official Reseller: During the purchase phase from Authorized Retailer
Official at your shop, check that the two warranty seals with the “R-Security” logo placed on the outside of the band are correctly and evenly glued and therefore not tampered with.
What to do in case of external seals visibly tampered with:
Ask for information directly to the Official Dealer, who will contact us as soon as possible, or write an email to [email protected] attaching photos of the product in all its sides.
– Online purchase: Upon delivery of the package, it is advisable to check the integrity of the package, in case of anomalies, collect the package with “reserve”, indicating in the delivery document “RECEIVED WITH RESERVE”. Once the package has been unwrapped, check that the two guarantee seals with the “R-Security” logo placed on the outside of the band are correctly and evenly glued and therefore not tampered with.
What to do in case of external seals visibly tampered with:
Contact us by e-mail at [email protected] attaching photos of the product in all its sides. We will respond as soon as possible.
3. Internal guarantee seal check:
Once you have ascertained that the two external guarantee seals with the “R-Security” logo placed on the outside of the band are correctly and homogeneously glued and therefore not tampered with, check the same conditions of the guarantee seal placed inside the protective band, also with the “R-Security” logo.
What to do if the internal seal is visibly tampered with:
Contact us by e-mail at [email protected] attaching photos of the product in all its sides. We will respond to you as soon as possible. Cross-check encrypted via internal QR code
Once you have ascertained that all the security seals with the “R-Security” logo are correctly and homogeneously glued and therefore not tampered with, frame the “QR R-Security” code placed under the bottle.
Once the QR code has been framed, you will be directed to the official page of the R-Security control ”, where you will be asked to enter the alphanumeric code underlying the QR code. It will be our pleasure to contact you and confirm the originality of the product.
