ritoitaly.com offers a free registration service in the MyRITO area (See point 7). It’s sufficient to choose the «Register» option. The following screen asks for a series of data, necessary to carry out the order and shipment of the product:
- First name
- Last Name
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Name and surname of the recipient of the package
- Name on the intercom (optional)
- Address (Street / Square, House Number, Municipality, Postal Code, Province, Country).
You will be asked to indicate your billing information. If it is the same as the shipping one, it will automatically fill it in with the previously inserted data, adding the Tax Code and the Date of Birth.
If they are different it is necessary to indicate:
- State if the billing information is relative to a person or a company
- Name, Surname, Tax Code and Date of Birth of the accountholder
- Billing address (street / square, house number, town, postcode, province, country).
Furthermore, it is necessary to read the privacy policy by checking the box «I have seen the privacy statement». At this point, you would click on the «Place Order» button: a screen appears with the summary of the billing order and shipping information.
You can choose the payment method you prefer, for example by selecting PayPal, click on the «Continue» button: after carefully reading the instructions, click on the «Continue» button to be redirected to the chosen payment page. Once payment has been authorized, the order is completed. You can follow its evolution directly from your reserved MyRITO area. We kindly remind you that once the order has been submitted it cannot be changed or canceled.

If you are already registered on ritoitaly.com, simply enter your e-mail and password in the appropriate spaces of the access area to your MyRITO account. In this way, a page will be displayed with the summary of your data.

To check the status of an order from MyRITO you need to click on the «Access MyRITO Area» section. From here, you can monitor the status of all pending orders. For each order, these will be specified:
- Order number
- Orders date
- Order amount
- Order status
Press the «View order» button to access the page with the order summary (Product ordered, billing data, Shipping data, Payment methods, Total order).
